We’re able to handle projects in all the major European languages.
We translate projects from English, Spanish and German into French in-house. Projects in other European languages are outsourced to freelancers that we know, trust, and have close working relationships with.
All projects are carefully managed, and final quality checks are performed in-house before final delivery. Feel free to contact us to check if we have the necessary resources for your language pair.
Translations from English and German into French are produced in-house. Translations to and from other languages are outsourced. The translators to whom we entrust translations are all professional translators with several years’ experience. They are all translation-school graduates, or have had similar training. They are tested in accordance with the standards of the profession.

Rates depend on a number of factors, such as language combination, project type, technical complexity, and required deadline. As such, it is impossible for us to quote a rate before reviewing the document to be translated. Every quote is unique and takes your specific needs and requirements into account. For a personalized quote, we invite you to request a quote.
Translation rates are calculated based on the number of words in the source document, while proofreading, revision and DTP are charged by the hour.
We offer discounts for repetitions, perfect matches and partial matches. We can also offer discounts for large volumes. However, we do not apply discounts systematically, and whether or not a discount is applied will depend on other conditions in our contract with the customer.
Depending on the specific features of your project, our rates may include fees for translation, proofreading, revision, DTP, project management and engineering.
You will always be able find less experienced providers willing to work at discounted rates, but do you really want to risk tarnishing your company’s image by entrusting the translation of your documents to a novice? When you choose a lawyer to represent you, do you choose the cheapest one? Choosing an inappropriate provider can not only be damaging to your image, but can also lead to additional costs (new translation, time spent on in-house revision, etc.)
Even though cost is the easiest way to compare the value of one provider versus another, it should be one of the last things to consider. When you choose a provider, make sure you have all the facts you need to make a fair comparison. With our streamlined translation management, project-tracking and schedule-control processes, ArtLingua can deliver real added value for your business by helping you achieve long-term translation savings.
Depending on the complexity of the project, a translator can achieve an output of between 2,000 and 2,500 words, on average. The time required for the revision and quality control cycles also needs to be considered.
After accepting our quote, a dedicated project manager will contact you from France. They will analyze your document(s), ensure your project runs smoothly and keep you informed of its progress. If you are in the Toulouse area, we can also arrange an appointment at our offices or meet you at yours.
You will be able to track the progress of your project using our online system and keep in close contact with a project manager, who will keep you informed of the project’s progress. They will also contact you to explore the possibility of a deadline extension if any difficulties due to the inherent nature of the project are encountered.
